- Congratulations to the Cross Country team as they SURVIVED the Huron Invitational this past Saturday. With such high temps, we still had some personal records. Hazel Boos, Evie Mazur, William Meyer, and Zander Kaufman ran personal course records. Logan Kerstetter and Troy Wyatt ran both personal course and overall records. And, Will Marsh, Grayson Henning, and Owen Vorhees had personal records. Tigers finish their season this Saturday in Tiffin at the SBC races. Good luck runners!
Also, Congratulations to O.J. Bork and Gavin Synowka for their awesome run on Saturday.
- Academic Challenge practice has been cancelled today. Check google classroom for updates.

- Attention 7th and 8th graders: If you are interested in swimming or diving, there will be a parent and student athlete meeting at the High School in the cafeteria on Tuesday, October 14, at 6:30pm. The season starts October 20th. Questions, email Coach Daniel Smith at dsmith@huron-city.k12.oh.us
- McCormick students respect others not only in their speech but also their actions. Students need to realize that their actions can show disrespect as well. When students tsk another person, roll their eyes, or smack their lips these are all signs of disrespect. Gestures like these are a sign of disrespect and a bad attitude. Let’s stay positive, and show respect at all times.
