1. Today’s lunch is Hamburger.

2. Congratulations to the 7th and 8th grade volleyball teams who won their matches last night.  Good luck on Monday against Vermilion!

3. Attention 7th & 8th graders who want to join Power of the Pen:  Please turn in your Commitment Agreement to Mrs. Smith ASAP. The first practice will be Wednesday October 1st from 2:30-3:30 in room 108. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Smith. 

4. The lost and found is located in the front hall by the Auditorium doors.  If you have lost something, please check the lost and found!

5. CHARGED CHROMEBOOKS are to be brought to school everyday.

6. Shoes must have backs on them - Crocs must be in “sport mode”. 

7. Students are reminded that when you arrive at McCormick in the morning you are required to enter the building. Once on school grounds, you are not allowed to wait outside. You must enter the building. 

8. Upon entering the building, cell phones and smart watches are to be turned off and put away.

9. Remember only students that are purchasing a breakfast are allowed in the cafeteria in the morning.  Students are to enter the building and go to the auditorium if not purchasing a breakfast.  If purchasing breakfast make sure that your lunch account has money on it. Students should not be in the halls until the bell rings. 

10. Dress code reminders: The Huron City Schools dress code states that students are NOT to wear - Pajama Pants, Flannel Pants or Spandex Shorts to school. 

11. Students if you are asked a question in conversation, it is only polite to ask a question in return. McCormick Students are polite and show others that they are just as interested in them as they are in you.
