- Today’s lunch is Rotini with Meat Sauce.
- Student council will meet during 8th grade lunch today in Room 205 (Health room). 7th Grade please let your study hall teacher know you are attending the meeting.
- If you are a 7th grader who is interested in being on the Power of the Pen team, there will be an informational meeting in room 108 (Mrs. Smith's room) today during 7th grade Study Hall.
- 8th graders interested in Power of Pen - information was given out in Mrs. Rowen’s language arts class. If you have questions, please see Mrs. Smith.
- Remember only students that are purchasing a breakfast are allowed in the cafeteria in the morning. Students are to enter the building and go to the auditorium if not purchasing a breakfast. Students should not be in the halls until the bell rings.
- Upon entering the building, cell phones and smart watches are to be turned off and put away.
- If you are not at school by 8:00am, or if you are absent for the day, you can not participate in after school activities unless you were physically at the doctor/dentist and have a medical excuse stating that.
- Reminder: Lunch money and notes are to be brought to the office during first period.
- The lost and found is located in the front hall by the Auditorium doors. If you have lost something, please check the lost and found!
- Students are reminded that when you arrive at McCormick in the morning you are required to enter the building. Once on school grounds you are not allowed to wait outside. You must enter the building.
- Students let's THINK before you speak. Make sure whatever it is that you have to say passes the THINK Test prior to saying it.

That means future employers, teachers, or colleges might look at your posts to learn more about your character. So just like how you try to show kindness, respect, and responsibility in person, make sure you do the same online. Think before you post — and always represent yourself in a positive way. You've got the power to make smart choices, both in real life and online!
